3.4 You will not post or transmit through the Talent Circle site material that is abusive, threatening behaviour, a sexist remark, racial abuse towards others or a personal attack against another member.

3.5 You will not post or transmit through the Talent Circle site advertising except on the "Noticeboard" in accordance with respective guidelines and a "company" profile.

3.6 You will not contact members using their e-mail address or other contact details through the Talent Circle site to advertise or promote any service or product. You specifically acknowledge that soliciting other users to join or become users or members of any commercial online web site or other organisation is expressly prohibited and You accept a charge of £100 for each unsolicited contact made.

3.7 You will not post or transmit through the Talent Circle site anything that could cause distress or inconvenience. You will not cause any effect on the operability or security of the Talent Circle site or cause disruption to our staff.

3.8 You will not post or otherwise make available on the Talent Circle site any material which You do not own without the express permission of the owner of the material.

In the event of a breach in relation to this clause, You accept a minimum charge of £50 per page/item copied, and/or £50 for each whole or part hour We need to investigate infringement to cover Our admin costs. This charge is in addition to any damages We may be legally entitled to.
